Exciting Updates for Sixes Lacrosse at SBLC!
Last year, SBLC proudly introduced the sixes format for our in house sixes league, becoming a pioneer in this innovative discipline of lacrosse. This fast-paced, high-scoring gameplay has captivated athletes and spectators alike, and we’re thrilled to build on that success with an expanded in-house league for 2025!
This winter, we invite players to join our dynamic sixes league, featuring practices on Tuesday nights and games on Saturdays for boys and girls. With the growing interest in this format, we are excited to create an even larger community of players!
Our program could be in house, with the possibility of other teams participating on game days. Players will grouped for practices and games based on skill and age to promote inclusivity and teamwork.

Times: What to expect...
We practice 75-90 minutes depending on age; our field time at Manhattan Village is from 5pm-8pm. We give priority to the early times to our younger age groups. For our older ages we try to keep them all from 6:30-8pm, however this can change depending on registration numbers.

8am-1pm: *the league endeavors to ensure consistent game times week in and week out, final schedule will be determined based on registrations.

Games could potentially be played at the following locations depending on outside team involvement (we will do our best to keep locations consistent with age divisions each week):
- Manhattan Village - Manhattan Beach, CA
- Belmar Park - Santa Monica, CA
- Airport Park - Santa Monica, CA
Divisions: By Grade, as of September 1, 2024
- Boys: K-1st | 2nd-3rd | 4th-5th | Middle School
- Girls: K-2nd | 3rd-5th | Middle School
